Governing CallRescue's missed-call text-back SMS program, operated by Evan Bushey (Sole Proprietor), Denver, CO. Effective and last updated August 29, 2026.
This is the public notice for CallRescue's missed-call text-back program, referenced on participating businesses' phone listings, voicemail greetings, and printed material.
No other action enrolls you in this program — placing a call to a participating business's own number is the only opt-in method. There is no web form, checkbox, or keyword sign-up.
CallRescue ("CallRescue," "we," "us") provides an automated missed-call text-back service to local service businesses ("Business Customers") and communicates by text message with the customers and callers of those businesses ("you," "End Users") on the Business Customer's behalf.
We use this information solely to operate the text-back conversation on behalf of the Business Customer you called: to text you back after a missed call, relay your replies to the Business Customer so they can follow up, and maintain a record of that conversation for the Business Customer.
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with the Business Customer — typically a handful of messages per missed-call inquiry. CallRescue does not send recurring marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of text messages from any Business Customer at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
Conversation records are retained only as long as needed to provide the service to the Business Customer and are stored with industry-standard access controls. We do not use your information for automated profiling or advertising.

CallRescue operates an automated text-back program for the Business Customers listed at the number that texted you. By exchanging text messages with a Business Customer through this program, you agree to these terms.
When you call a Business Customer's phone number and the call is not answered, CallRescue automatically sends you a text message from that same business number, on the Business Customer's behalf, to follow up on your call and find out how they can help. Any reply you send is relayed to the Business Customer so they can assist you directly.
You are enrolled in this program only when you call a Business Customer's phone number and the call goes unanswered — no other action is required or used to enroll you. There is no other way to join this program, and CallRescue does not send messages to numbers that have not called a participating Business Customer.
Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.
STOP — cancel messages from that business at any time. HELP — get help, including a contact method. Texting STOP to any message from a Business Customer immediately ends further texts from that business number. You may be re-enrolled only if you call that Business Customer again and the call goes unanswered.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program works on major US wireless carriers; carrier coverage and message delivery are not guaranteed.
CallRescue may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always available at this page.
